Terms and Conditions.
All products available on the site are listed in the ‘shop’ section of the website.

Cancellation Policy

All download orders are non cancellable, as once the product is purchased the weblink is instantly sent as confirmation which contains the weblink to the product.

All ‘Hard Copy’ orders have a 24 hour cancellation period. If a product is cancelled during this 24 hour period the full order value will be refunded to the customer within 72 hours. Orders are shipped within 3 days of the order being placed and funds received. Goods should be received within 7 days.

Refund Policy

Green Panda Music will only refund downloads if the product is faulty, i.e. will not download correctly to your machine. Should the product not download correctly products will be emailed to the email address the customer has given (as part of the order process) unless requested to be refunded.

With ‘hard copy’ orders refunds are offered but only if orders are returned unmarked within 17 days of the product being ordered. This should give 7 days for delivery and 10 days for the decision to be made to request a refund. Full refund of the value of the order will be made within 72 hours.

Privacy Policy

Green Panda Theatre and The Green Panda Music Company Limited do not store any financial details of its customers. Orders are dealt with in ‘one-off’ nature and once orders have been processed financial details are deleted from our records.
